What we collect

• When you book online: the service you need, home or business, your preferred day and time, your address or ZIP code, your name and your phone number, plus your email and notes if you add them.
• Whether you checked the optional box to get texts from us.
• How you reached the site: the page you landed on, the site that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source). This tells us which listings and ads work.
• When you call or text us: your number and what you tell us.
• Basic visit data from Google Analytics, such as pages viewed and taps on the phone number, collected with cookies. It does not include what you type in the form.

How we use it

To answer your request, confirm your visit, do the work, bill for it and follow up about the job. We also keep business records and use visit data to improve the site.

Text messages

• Texts are optional. You can book without agreeing to them, and agreeing is never a condition of service.
• If you check the box, we may text you about your request and, after the job, to ask for a review.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop getting them. Reply HELP for help, or call (786) 457-5443.

Mobile numbers and texting opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are left out of all the sharing described on this page.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our business, and only so they can do that work: website hosting and form security, email and text message delivery, and site analytics. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and business record rules, then delete them.

Children

This site is for adults arranging service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
